Generate Spreads from Item Plan
In Item Plan, you now have the ability to easily Generate Spreads based on the Actual or Planned sales data for a group of styles or SKUs. You can generate the Spread from different Group By levels, for example Color or Size. Once you Generate Spreads you will see them show up on the Data & Imports > Data Management > Spreads page, and can select them within Assortment Plan.
Generating POs from Assortment Plan
In Assortment Plan you now have the ability to generate Purchase Orders directly. Once you’ve finalized planning a line or group of lines, right click and select Generate Purchase Order to download a CSV file that can be uploaded to your ERP system.
Highlights in Assortment Plan Spreads
In Assortment Plan, when Managing Spreads, it’s important to ensure that the total spread sums to 100% so that all units are distributed properly. Rather than validating the sum manually, Toolio will now show a yellow flag to indicate that the total does not sum up to 100%.
Integration Types
On the Data Imports page, you can now see the Integration type listed next to the relevant import. Including this on the import page ensures you have clarity into the actualized source data feeding into Toolio.
