Equal Spreading for Metrics like Discount % and Markdown %

You can now set your preferred spreading method per metric- either Equal or Default. If you set a metric spread method to equal, this will set each leaf to the same value instead of spreading metrics proportionally as in the default option. To configure the spread method, go to Settings > Metrics and click on the spread method cell to change the option.

Change History Summaries

Change History summaries within the Toolio Settings page continues to be improved so that you are able to track Generate Inventory and Generating Receipts history in Merchandise Plan. By clicking ‘Show Summary’ for a given change history line, you will be able to see all of the inputs and groups applied when the action was took place.

MDQ Profiles

MDQ (Minimum Display Quantity) Profiles introduce the ability for you to specify store minimum quantities when generating transfer orders using the Toolio Allocation module. By defining an MDQ profile, you are able to apply tailored MDQs for different categories of products, locations, and channels.

Push Items from Master Data into Assortment Plan

Just like how you’re able to push items from Master Data directly into Item Plan, you can now push items from Master Data into Assortment Plan, where they will populate at the choice level! This allows you to easily add new/seasonal items which may have been created in your PLM or ERP directly into your Assortment Plan.

You can simply navigate to your Product & Variant master, select all SKUs of the choice you’d like to push, and click ‘Add to Assortment Plan.’

You will then be prompted to specify the season/time frame you want the choices to be pushed to. After you make your selection, the choice will populate into any existing assortments which fit the product attribute and time frame definition.
