Non-derived Receipts

In the Merchandise Plan module, Toolio now allows you to generate your receipt plan from your inventory plan. Alternatively, you can also generate an inventory plan from your receipts plan. You can read more about inventory planning in Toolio here.

Searching in the View Selecotr

View menus in Toolio now support search functionality so that you can easily find your views and navigate between them.

Updated Volume Methods in Item Plan Forecasting

When forecasting in Item Plan, you can now identify a specific time range to source your volume input by selecting the “Trend - Custom” option. This will allow you to define the Target Time Frame for sales volume to be used as input into your sales forecast.

Separately, the “Spread Current” function allows you to introduce the Source seasonality curve to your forecast while maintaining the current unit forecast total for the Target Time Frame. You can read more about the forecasting feature in Item Plan here.

Ability to Edit Product (SKU) Master

You can now edit your products directly in the Product/Variant model in the Data & Imports menu. You can make changes to any product’s attributes, or even delete the product from your SKU master.

Filtering by Metric in Item Plan

Toolio now allows you to easily filter by metrics in Item Plan. This allows you to further customize views to fit your planning workflows. Please read more about configuring views in Item Plan here.

Contextual Exported File Names

When exporting data from Toolio, you will now find that the file names contain the name of the view and the Time Frame for clarity. In the example below, the export is titled "Item Plan - Channel Planning - 2020."
