Snapshot Scenarios

Have you ever needed to take a snapshot of your scenarios with actual data and access it at a later point of time? Toolio now supports snapshot scenarios where you can save your scenario values with actuals! To create one, all you need to do is navigate to “New Scenario” and check Snapshot. Then you can load this snapshot scenario as the primary scenario, use it to compare against another, or merge it with another scenario.

Improved SKU Change Management

Do you have iterative SKUs which may change over time, but actually represent the same variant? If so, Toolio now introduces an improved workflow for managing incremental SKU changes.

You’ll find that each variant in Toolio can now be defined with a ‘Master SKU’ to indicate the variant you would like the SKU to be represented as. The Master SKUs can be defined directly in your Product & Variant Master Data Table, or it can be ingested into Toolio via your current Product & Variant imports. This way, you will be able to better track sale, inventory, purchase order, and receipt data for the variant over it’s lifecycle, even if the underlying SKUs have changed.

Invite and Suspend a user

You can now invite new users to Toolio! When they are invited, an email will be sent to their inbox for them to register. It is that easy! In addition, you are now able to suspend users through Toolio Settings page under Users if they left your organization. Suspended users will not be able to login to Toolio moving forward.
