Custom Colors in Conditional Formatting
Conditional formatting in Toolio allows you to change the appearance of cells based on specific conditions. To help you better visualize your data, you can now select a custom color when configuring your rules using the color picker or hex code input.
Conditional Formatting in Item Plan
This update also introduces conditional formatting rules to the Item Plan module. Just like in Merchandise Plan, you are able to create conditional formatting rules based on data type, specific metrics, or even defined variants. You can then configure values and colors to your liking. Please read more about the Conditional Formatting feature in Toolio here.
Assortment Plan Item Data Model
Toolio’s Data Models page now includes the addition of Assortment Plan Items. Data Models in Toolio are designed to help you visualize and manage your data, all in a consolidated location. The addition of this model allows you to quickly reference all of your style/color level plans from the Assortment Plan module at a glance. Please read more about using the Toolio Data Models here.
Forecasting in Item Plan with Actual Sales Seasonality
The forecasting function in Item Plan now allows you to define your seasonality source scenario to be actuals. Rather than using your plan data, selecting Act will source your seasonality directly from the actual sales performance of your plan year. This feature is particularly useful in cases where you feel the seasonality of an item can be more accurately represented by historical data, rather than your merchandise plans. Customize Variants in Item Plan
Just like in Merchandise Plan, the Item Plan module now allows you to right click on any metric and select Customize Variants to quickly navigate to the variant menu for that particular metric. Please read more about using variants in Toolio here.
Setting Output Metrics in Assortment Plan
The Assortment Plan module has been updated to support output metrics, which are configurable by the user. For example, you may want to set your sell through (ST Units) plan for a specific style to output directly to Gross Sales Units. Similar to the metric output capabilities in Merchandise Plan, you are now able to set output metrics by right clicking on a compatible metric value in Assortment Plan.
